Good morning Miss White. I'm planning to do some baking as well. I'm going to make a coconut loaf. I haven't made it before but the recipe looks super easy and it sounds delicious. I really love coconut. Hope you have a lovely day and weekend.
Thank goodness the sun is out today. I might get some gardening done again today! I have millions of weeds in my garden! The rain makes them sprout up! Emily baked some brownie yesterday, it was delicious! My Mum also make a carrot cake yesterday. That was yummy too! Good luck with making your carrot cake today. From Mrs Burge
